An affiliate of Naples AIS, Inc. is Naples Asset Management Compan y, LLC (“NAMCO”), a SEC Registered Investment Advisor. NAMCO may provide alternative investment management services, due diligence and various types of consulting services.

For those seeking investment management services, NAMCO may offer an initial complimentary general consultation to discuss services available and to determine the suitability of a potential client-adviser relationship. Once the relationship is initiated, a data gathering and discovery process is made to try to determine the account or personal needs, goals, intentions, time horizons, risk tolerance and investment objectives.

Investment Management Services involve ongoing and continuous portfolio management services that include, but are not limited to, risk management, investment policy, asset allocation, active or passive implementation, and performance monitoring. 

In the delivery of Investment Management Services, NAMCO provides investment advisory services that are typically implemented using exchange traded shares (ETFs) mutual funds, real estate, REITs, mezzanine loans, separately managed accounts and/or individual securities. Depending on the needs of a client, NAMCO will prepare an evaluation of existing portfolio investments and provide recommendations for other investments as appropriate.
