Institutional Fixed Income Sales
Job Summary: Naples AIS, (www.NaplesAIS.com) an institutional broker dealer seeks an Institutional Fixed Income salesperson. The Sales Executive should have relationships with institutional investors and other capital markets professionals. The position requires someone who is highly motivated by compensation tied directly to production, and demonstrates leadership qualities with a willingness to contribute to the firm's development and evolution. This role is responsible for growing market share by opening new institutional accounts through networking and sales activities, and responsible for marketing and introducing all company products and services to new relationships. The Sales Executive is in charge of coordinating all cross selling and follow up efforts with and between other departments. The Executive must be able to display the ability to sell ideas and win trade execution opportunities.
In addition to the requirements mentioned, candidates must have the following:
- Institutional fixed income sales experience with an established book of business relationships

Institutional Sales
Job Summary: The institutional sales role is an experienced high level sales position for professionals with extensive institutional investor industry contacts and a history of sales success. The primary function of these top caliber individuals is to bring new institutional investors into the firm's investment funds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working primarily with family offices, funds of funds, private banks, family offices, endowments and pensions;
- Meet minimum performance standards;
- Sell funds investments to institutional prospects;
- Work continually to uncover new relationships, as well as maintain and improve existing relationships;
- Work closely with the firm's principal in servicing clients;
- Work as a professional responsible for overall client service;
- Organize road shows overseas and the United States with fund managers and investors;
- Actively follow up with new and existing investor prospects;
- Assess a prospect’s interest in the firm's funds and their strategies;
- Conduct introductory meetings with prospects over the phone –explaining a funds' investment strategy; and
- Gather and relay as much information about prospective clients as possible and record information in contact management software.
Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 63 required;
- Consistent six-figure compensation history;
- Demonstrable experience and success selling alternative investments to institutional prospects;
- Solid knowledge of alternative investments, preferably from experience within a hedge fund or within an alternative investment team working for an institutional investor;
- Experience as an institutional consultant or with plan sponsors is a plus;
- Experience in handling complex, high-profile prospects and clients;
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospects and clients;
- Pro-active approach to problem-solving;
- Word processing, spreadsheets, E-mail, database software, and contact manager software;
- Specific software skills needed: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Explorer;
- Excellent, professional communication skills through face-to-face contact, phone, email, letters, etc;
- Exceptional presentation style;
- Able to work with very little supervision;
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; and
- Bachelors degree required.

Financial Statement Reporting Compliance & Disclosure Manager
- Review quarterly and annual un-audited and audited financial statements. Review for compliance with GAAP disclosure and industry accounting standards.
- Review and monitor accounting and reporting guidelines and oversee compliance tests.
- Prepare discussion and analysis of fund financial statements and the results of its operations.
- Develop and monitor accounting policies and procedures for financial statement reporting.
- Ensure that the activity of the underlying real estate fund is accurately reflected in the all financial statements.
- Review capital transactions (acquisitions, sales, and re-financings) to ensure complete and accurate reporting on fund financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Monitor ongoing changes in GAAP, accounting pronouncements etc. that affect the real estate accounting industry.
- Develop and maintain a system that accurately captures and discloses related party transactions in quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Review recently signed leases and ensure terms are captured in Timberline accounting system accurately.
- Report on the Funds compliance with Lender financial covenants.

Due Diligence Supervisor
Job Description We have a position available for a Due Diligence Supervisor in our Naples, Florida office. NAMCO is currently seeking a Due Diligence Supervisor to ensure completion of due diligence to determine feasibility of continuing with acquisition of targeted properties.
This position is responsible for:
- Review and verify income and expenses of acquisition properties, including all leases, abstract leases, rent roll, service contracts, invoices, operating statements, and certificates of occupancy.
- Investigate market conditions and business environment of acquisition area.
- Obtain either third party structural engineer report or in-house physical report on property.
- Provide due diligence analysis information for development of pro forma operating statement and business plan for each project.
- Directly manage those personnel assigned including staffing and personnel placement, employee relations, performance appraisals, discipline and termination, salary administration, and career development.
- Other duties include supporting Director of Process Acquisitions and acting as back up as requested.
Job Requirements
Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Five years real estate operating experience. Preferred audit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting background preferred.
- Demonstrated management, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
