NaplesAIS Wholesalers establish and maintain relationships with FINRA broker-dealers and their registered reps. They conduct educational seminars for financial and real estate professionals, attorneys, CPAs, FINRA licensed securities agents, and accredited investors. They also work with brokers and other financial advisors regarding Section 1031 Exchange offerings, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), energy, development offerings, income funds and other securities offered by us. 

NaplesAIS Wholesalers distribute Regulation D securities and other types of investments. Our broker-dealer and registered representative relationships are important to us, and to the Accredited investors opting for our investments. Accredited investors can only purchase our products through broker-dealers and registered reps. Accredited investors are individuals or institutions that meet SEC requirements for net worth (more than $1 million) and income (more than $200,000 individually).
